A punto: the gastronomic school in Madrid for cooking dummies
If you find it hard to get away from fried egg and potatoes and your version of paella would make a Valencian faint, don’t worry. The solution is at A punto, a gastronomic centre in the heart of the Justicia neighbourhood that is a school, but also much more. In its facilities they offer a wide variety of cooking workshops for all levels, ranging from how to cut, dress and prepare a good meat, to how to cook a perfect rice dish following the traditional recipe. Some of their most popular courses focus on international street food, tapas, pastries and Asian cuisine (they have a very good-looking ramen course).
A punto, led by three women in love with the dissemination of gastronomic culture, also offers team buildings for companies, intensive workshops and a variety of gastro activities at its facilities in Torremocha del Jarama, in Sierra Norte.
