3 exercises to get rid of back pain at home
Hours in front of the computer, the stress of everyday life or the use of cell phones are some of the causes of that back pain that removes you from everything. If you want to feel better, take note of these 3 exercises to stretch and loosen the muscles in this area.
1. Child’s pose
Get on your hands and knees and stretch your arms out in front of you. Lower your hips to your heels and drop your head to the floor and your chest on your knees. Hold for 30’’.
2. Cat-Cow Pose
Get into a quadruped position, with hands under shoulders and knees under hips, keeping your back straight. Now, round your back like an angry cat and after 5 seconds, arch your back, bringing your belly down for another 5 seconds. Repeat for 30’’.
3. Knees to chest
Lie on the floor with your knees bent and feet supported. Bring your knees to your chest and hug them. Rock back and forth to massage your lower back.
